Step 1 — Download RustDesk

On the releases page, download the Windows x86-64 EXE file (e.g. rustdesk-*-x86_64.exe) — that IS the portable version: just double-click it, no install needed. Ignore the MSI file — that is the installer, you do not need it.

Step 2 — Run as Administrator

Right-click the downloaded file → Run as administrator.A window opens showing your ID and a one-time password.

Step 3 — Enter Our Server

Click the ⚙ Settings (gear) icon next to your ID, open Network, and paste these three fields exactly:

Step 4 — Read Back Your ID & Password

Call or text Chris your ID number and the one-time password shown on screen.He will connect. You will see a prompt — click Accept.
